We are not currently offering franchises to the public. Our focus is to set
up company owned units across the US and eventually the world.
Generally this business decision was made due to many following factors,
some of which are listed below:

- Multiple State Franchise Registration Laws Out of Sync,
- Disclosure Laws Hurting Company Proprietary Information,
- Required Disclosures which Might Help International Terrorists,
- Disclosure Laws which Require the Giving Out of Personal Information About
Franchisees.
- Litigiousness of Franchising and Absence of Tort Reforms in the US and
Canada,
- Higher Profit Margins for the Company Running Our Own Units,
- More Efficiency to Corral Our Competition,
- More Latitude to Take on New National Account Business,
- Better Service Standards for Current and Future Car Wash Customers,
- More Control of Business Model and Less Red Tape
We have chosen a new strategy along the lines of a Starbucks, Home Depot,
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Federal
Express type scenario where we can exert more control and less red tape to
insure higher standards and smoother business operations. Regretfully this
does impact the small business community, franchise model and those who
dream of owning their own franchise business. Over regulation usually does
hurt the little guys and stifle competition and creates barriers to entry.
If you would like to discuss how to set up your own business we are willing
to assist you with information on how to get this done for yourself, but not
as part of our team or a franchise. Hopefully in this way we can still help
those who wish to fulfill their American Dream in a limited sense, while
still pursuing our goals to develop the greatest service company in the
World. We can do
this by referrals to vendors or through consulting fees.

The Oil Change Guys is a mobile business. Our
company does not take everyone, we are looking for those who have knowledge of the
Internal Combustion Engine, have mechanic experience and understand preventative
maintenance. We are not set up and do not desire non-industry people, our technicians must
be the best for our customers. If you are not experienced but still with to be eligible,
you must prove to us you have experienced personnel ready for employment before purchasing
our franchise or take an ASE Certification
test or classes also available in Spanish.
This business can be run from a trailer, truck or van. If you
wish to use a trailer in your new business and need financing then click here. If you wish to use a truck or van
unit, generally these are financed through the dealer selling the truck or van.If you
choose our latest option of a pontoon boat to you may also be able to use one of our third
party vendors for a boat loan. Complete Trailers Units run approximately $15,000. Trucks
approximately 45,000. Vans approximately $45,000. ASE Certified technicians with a Blue
Seal Program Certificate receive a franchise fee discount of $2,000. For Co-brands those
shops receive a $4,000 franchise fee discount.
This business is hard work, so do not assume that you are
going to get rich quick, your earnings are based on your service to customer, referrals
and efficiency in your business.

Co-Brand with any other WashGuy Concept such as the Car Wash
Guys. You may have one or many units. Single territory or multi-territories. If you are
already a member of our team Franchise Fees will be discounted or free if performance has
been excellent. Royalties will be $200 per month per unit. Training would be required
unless you already have working knowledge of the Industry such as quick lube or garage
experience. Complete Trailers Units run approximately $15,000. Trucks approximately

your own we may require some upgrades before retrofitting at our third party vendor

The following WashGuy co-brands will be considered;
Option #2
Co-Brand with another related business model. This maybe a
single unit Oil Change guys or a Multi-territory, multi-unit operation. Royalty fees are

- Truck Stops
- Truck Repair Station
- Parking Structures
- Industrial or Commercial Property Owners
- Quick Oil Change Locations
- Mobile Oil Change Companies(not affiliated with another
franchise system)
- Car Washes
- Gas Stations (with or without garages or Car Washes)
- Car Dealerships (new or Used)
- Automotive Maintenance and Service Businesses
- Marine industry Service Companies and Marina Owners
Option #3
Co-Brand with our Boat and Marine Mobile Oil
Change System. Pontoon Boats can often be
purchased on a 20 year recreational loan for payments as low as $300.00 per month, or if
you choose you may bring us your own sea worthy new or used pontoon boat (useful load to
be in excess of 2000 lbs.). You must also sign hold harmless agreement as to the sea
worthiness of the vessel. Co-Branding is allowed with other Marine Industry Businesses
that are pre-established including, but not limited to;
- Marine industry Service Companies
- Marina Owners
- Yacht Sales Companies
- Marine Engine Repair
- Marine Cover Fitters
- Shrink Rap Companies
- Boat Storage Facilities
- Fishing Supply Companies
